We are fortunate to have our own specialised music room at Dunclug Primary School. Our 'Music Hub' was built in memory of Mrs Shirley Cochrane who sadly passed away in December 2021. Shirley's family & friends kindly raised money in lieu of flowers, to create this Music Hub at the centre of our school; as well as funding the purchase of musical instruments and music lessons. This lasting legacy combines Shirley’s love of music and her desire for all children with differing needs and abilities to reach their potential in an inclusive school setting. The Music Hub is a busy part of our school with pupils' music lessons and music workshops taking place here every week.
